Listen, breathe and feel. Look around and immerse yourself in your surrounds. Dig your hands into the Earth and let her soil slide through your fingers. Hear her spirit as she calls to you. Feel the breeze as it softly caresses your hair. Linger for a moment longer to appreciate the sun as it kisses your skin with LOVE…Appreciate our Great Mother as she holds you so gently.

Hear her calls to her children, pain and sorrow echoing throughout the shredded forests and the open wounds torn into day after day in the name of greed. Look around and see the scars of civilisation. Do you hear the call from her ‘MESSAGE STICKS?’ Or do you take her for granted? Are you a part of the destruction? Are we all?
