We use IAS
The Solitude Art Gallery choose to use International Art Services (IAS) to courier all major pieces of artwork around Australia and Internationally.
When it comes to transporting original, unique and irreplaceable artwork to my customers around the globe, I expect the best and need to trust that my artwork will be delivered in the same condition it was when it left the Gallery.
IAS specialises in the delivery and handling of small to large scale artwork for major exhibitions. They understand the artist’s requirements and have the knowledge, expertise and understanding of how artwork needs to be couriered and handled from one destination to the other. Please ensure that all orders are placed by Tuesday each week to ensure your purchase can be delivered promptly by our weekly courier service with IAS.
Where do you ship to?
We ship our art Australia wide and this website will automatically handle those shipping costs. If you are outside of Australia, please contact us with your location for a custom shipping quote to your location.
Changing shipping address
We aim to process and pack your order as fast as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left the studio yet. To change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.
Customs and Duty Charges
International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Solitude Art cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Solitude Art will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. International orders will include an invoice with the full value for customs purposes.
If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected or not the product you ordered, we will replace the item or refund your purchase at our discretion minus the original shipping cost. Please inform me immediately by email at info @ solitudeart.com.au or our contact form and return the item to the address below within 7 working days of the date of receiving the artwork. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.

I check over all items before being shipped to ensure a high standard of quality. However, if you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please inform me immediately by email at info @ solitudeart.com.au or via the form on the contact page. I will replace prints, but if it is a one off artwork we will endeavour to repair the artwork or refund your purchase at our discretion, minus the original shipping cost.
Please note; this does not include items damaged during shipping.
We take extra care when packaging your order however, we are not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
